What I think happened
Kurt showed up at his Seattle home on or around April 3rd. The nanny, Cali was there that day, but apparently left before April 5th to stay with his girlfriend. Kurt spent the night, and the next day, he got up and went into the Greenhouse. He sat down, and began to write the note that would later be known as his suicide note. This note was actually telling the world he was leaving Nirvana, and taking Frances to live on his own, divorcing Courtney and leaving all his pain behind.
While Kurt was writing this note, he was interupted by the person who murdered him. The murderer saw Kurt's heroin kit in the room, and prepared a needle. The murderer pulled Kurt to his feet, and stabbed the needle into Kurt's vein. This left a round, messy hole in Kurt's skin. There was over 3 times the normal amount in the needle, and almost instantly Kurt lapsed into unconciousness.
While Kurt lay unconcious on the floor, the murderer  rolled down kurt's sleeve, stood over him and shot Kurt in the mouth.
The murderer wiped the gun, and put it on Kurt's chest. The murderer wrote the last four lines of Kurt's note, the only lines that make it sound like a suicide note, then wiped the pen clean of fingerprints. Then he wedged a stool up against the door, making it look like Kurt jammed himself in. The murderer climbed out the window, and left Kurt's dead body in the Greenhouse, where it would be discovered by an electrician.

  Why do I think this?
I think this because of the evidence Tom Grant has put forward. His evidence is based on solid fact, and Tom has refused many times to accept money for his story. If he was after money, why would he turn it down? To read all the evidence supporting this theory, keep reading!

Why am I so interested in Kurt?
I am interested not just because I am a fan of Kurt, but because he has been denied justice since the day he died. This case should have been treated as a homocide case, but it wasn't, and now I think the time is right to reopen the case, and bring out all the skeletons in Courtney's closet.

I'd like to thank....

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has made this website possible.
The main person tho i would like to thank is my good friend Dan, who is the coolest, funniest, smartest person i know, and he has provided me with hours of laughter and support. Dan is also the biggest most loyal nirvana/kurt fan i know, and he has inspired me in more ways than he knows.

Also, I would like to thank my friend Lauran whom I spent many hours that should have been spent learning french discussing this theory, and Kurt in general.
